Radiation Physicist

Job Title: Radiation Physicist 

Department: Project Team, EmTDLab Space Division SA 

Location: Belval, Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg
(with travel to testing facilities) 

Duration: Full-time, open-ended contract 

Reports to: Project Manager

OPEN POSITIONS

We are hiring a Radiation Physicist for a 24-month project in Luxembourg to test and validate radiation-shielding materials for satellites, with hands-on work, industry collaboration, and publication opportunities.

Space Electronics Radiation Engineer

Job Title: Space Electronics Radiation Engineer

Department: Project Team, EmTDLab Space Division S.A
Location: Belval, Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg

Duration: CDI (Full time or Part time)

Reports to: Project Manager

We are hiring a Space Electronics Radiation Engineer to design, test, and qualify radiation‑tolerant electronic systems for satellite and deep‑space missions. In this role, you will evaluate and mitigate radiation effects on space electronics, combining simulation, hands‑on testing, and system integration to ensure mission reliability in harsh orbital environments. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams on cutting‑edge R&D projects, contributing directly to resilient spacecraft electronics for LEO, GEO, and beyond‑Earth orbits.
